CASE STUDY: Digital Maturity Assessment
In Lao PDR, we conducted a comprehensive digital maturity assessment (DMA) to evaluate the digital readiness across 16 ministries and 18 provinces. The DMA identified gaps and recommended solutions in key areas including technology, policy and regulations, skills and capacity building, institutional framework and collaboration, user centricity, and service delivery. Based on our findings, our team developed a five-year strategy and master plan, which included pilot initiatives and terms of reference for the engagement of digital solution providers. This project demonstrates our expertise in digital transformation and our ability to drive tangible outcomes for clients.
