SHIPPING POLICY
You'll find the delivery details for an item, such as postage charges and the estimated delivery date, in the Postage and payments section of the listing. You'll also see this information when you add an item to your basket and at checkout. After you’ve completed checkout, you’ll see the cost of postage and an estimated delivery date in your order confirmation email.
My item hasn't arrived
If your purchase doesn't arrive or if it isn't ready for collection as you expected, you qualify for a full refund including original postage costs.
The first step is to let the seller know. You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to report that an item hasn't arrived.

Need to return something?
We hope you love your new purchase. However, if you change your mind, many sellers accept returns.
All business sellers who accept returns give you at least 14 calendar days to let them know if you’d like to return something.

If you receive an item that’s damaged or wasn’t as described in the listing, you’re covered for the purchase price and original postage
